The United States Food and drug administration has set up a new food safety regulation, which stipulates that food companies in the United States and local areas should take steps to prevent the food supply from being deliberately doped. The new food safety regulation came into effect on July 26, 2016. Except for small businesses outside the food facility, since July 26, 2019 must comply with regulations, small business since July 26, 2020 must be compliance. The United States Food and Drug Administration said that it would assist the industry to comply with the regulations by guiding the documentation, training courses and technical assistance centers.
